My goal is to deliver exceptional service while ensuring you
understand all costs and terms upfront. On this page, you’ll find detailed
information about my pricing structure, payment terms, and the conditions that
ensure a smooth and professional working relationship.
£50
per hour and £25 per half hour thereafter (I do not charge VAT). Discount
rate available for half and full day rates.
Jobs
may occasionally overrun due to unforeseen circumstances, if this should happen,
I will communicate with you at the earliest opportunity.
Invoices are sent via email. Card and Faster Payments are accepted
onsite. I kindly ask that invoices are paid within 24 hours if bank transfers are used.
I carry a selection of standard consumable items,
such as screws, wall fixings, and sandpaper, which will be charged at cost
price. For any specific materials required for a job, I will inform you in
advance whenever possible, and I prefer that you supply these items directly.
If additional supplies are needed while I’m onsite, they
will be charged at cost price plus a 20% administrative fee, with any time
spent sourcing materials billed at the standard hourly rate.
I am fully insured with £2,000,000 Public
Liability Insurance, giving you complete peace of mind.
For convenience,
parking is ideally needed onsite or directly outside your property. If guest
permits are required, please ensure they are available. Any parking charges
(excluding fines) will be added to the final invoice.
Occasionally, scheduling changes may be necessary due to
weather conditions or delays on a previous job. In such cases, I will inform
you promptly to arrange a new date or time to complete the work.
While I do not remove waste from your property, I will
leave the area tidy, with any waste securely bagged for your disposal. For
larger projects, skips can be arranged upon request, with pricing provided
accordingly.
